KQSP Fully Automated Shuttle Car Parking System
It is one of the best kinds of smart parking storage. Suitable to make 2-11 layers, enlarge land usage to 10 times. System mainly combined with parking terminal, car lift, shuttling carrier with dolly and parking space structure, lifts cars from entrance terminal to appointed layer. The carrier with dolly takes over the car and convey it to the appointed parking space. The stable devices work independently at the same time. The continual action controlled by PLC program and covered with multiplex electric protection. System deals with several cars in same time. Fast store or retrieve thanks speedy pallet free forking technology.
Devices combined method is changeable. Shuttling carrier can go to every layer or fixing on one layer. Lift can be installed on end of laneway or same position of entrance/exit terminal. Design according to practical requirement.

The Elevator System:
The elevator is in charged of the lifting movement of the vehicles,which mainly composed by steel structure,carriage,counter weight,drive system,guide devices,safety protection devices.
The Entrance & Exit System:
It mainly includes automatic door, turn table, scanning device, voice prompts etc, that ensure the safety of users and cars, and fast accurately find the vehicle.
The carrier system:
As the new exchange way born in recent years,to overcome the shortcomings of the prior carriers, the new horizontal holding carrier has 5 major bright spots, such as low request of storey, large bearing (up to 2.5-2.8 tons), more vehicles in the same space etc.
The electric control system:
The control core PLC is Siemens S7 series, with multiple operating mode such as automatic, semi-automatic, emergency, maintenance etc.
The intelligent management system:
Adopt intelligent IC card to control vehicle access, one card one car, capture image, and contrast image of the vehicle access, prevent loss of vehicle.
The monitoring & chargement systems:
The monitoring equipment core is advanced digital hard disk video recorder,it mainly includes 5 parts: photograph, transmission, display, recording and control, with image acquisition, switching control, recording and playback functions.
The chargement system can be combined with parking barrier toll system, its main function is to facilitate the customers’s payment or temporary parking fees, instant upload transaction records.

Training Measures
For every project, we provide Corresponding training:
I-With the combination of theory and practice, we provide training during on-site installation and commissioning period.
II-Customers should arrange full-time person to be trained. There are two types of the training:
1. Operation training—we ensure that workers can operate the garage systems correctly, use various functions of the garage, and could deal with various emergency situations.
2. Repair training—we ensure that the workers know how to carry out regular maintenance, can handle some common breakdowns.
III-The training includes the structure & electrical principle, usage and repair, daily management etc. Teaching materials include construction layout, component assembly drawing, after-sales service specifications etc.
IV-Arrange workers to participate in the test to ensure their skills.
